To online audit branches in terms of Compliance , Broadband, compliance file, Statutary Flex , notice board, Office Upkeep, basic hygiene, soft services, fixed asset Tracker for all the branches.
To timely resolve & close all R&M tickets raised on Helpdesk Portal, checking the aging of pending tickets since more than 7 days. To manage MIS regarding the assets verification, Helpdesk Portal tickets, Repair & Maintenance tracker.
