We at Virtusa Consulting are seeking a skilled Manual Tester responsible for ensuring application quality, reliability, and performance through structured test planning, execution, and defect management.
The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements and design documents to create effective test scenarios, prepare and execute test cases, and perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and smoke/ sanity testing.
Strong experience in manual testing with strong understanding of SDLC/ STLC
Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Zephyr)
Ability to write clear and concise test cases.
SQL knowledge for backend validation.
Experience in Agile/ Scrum environments.
