Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent communication skills (verbal/ written). Should have Chat experience in the previous roles, with good typing skills. 24/ 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends. Good to have- experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk. Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/ tickets. Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google/ Microsoft products
Google Workspace Administrator certification/ Microsoft certifications.
