Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 6 years of experience in technical support, voice process, customer support. Must have excellent communication skills. An English language proficiency assessment (written and spoken) will be conducted through the Versant tool. A minimum B2 level as per the CEFR framework is required.
Chat Experience in the previous Roles, Good typing skills
24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends.
