We at Persistent Systems are looking for a QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing of Desktop and Web Applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, ensuring software quality, executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test scenarios and test cases. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and End-to-End testing for desktop and web applications. Execute test cases, validate results, and document defects using Jira or similar defect tracking tool.
