We at Inspirisys Solutions are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of desktop, laptop, network, and IT infrastructure.
Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, applications, and hardware.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
