We at Flexera Software are looking for Technical Support Engineer

Candidate should have a Bachelor s degree in a technical area preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.) with 3 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support, Cloud Computing, Product Management, Customer Support. Passionate customer orientation and dedication. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possesses intellectual curiosity. Eagerness to learn new technologies/ skills.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
Applies an appropriate and effective communication strategy for the situation, context, and target audience.
