We at EXL Digital India is looking for QA Engineer – Manual Testing
In this role, you’ll work with engineering, clients, prospects, and internal teams to create, automate, and execute our solution test plans. You will also report on your progress and work with engineering to resolve issues uncovered during testing.
Responsible for maintaining overall SLA for Technical Operations.
Work closely with ServiceDesk and Level 1 teams to streamline query management.
Must understand the business and application workflows of the supporting systems.
Responsible for proactive monitoring of application uptime and reduction in incidents.
Organize and coordinate major incident management and critical outages.
