As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions.
Candidate must have strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.
