We at Startek are currently looking for Technical Support Representative
Candidate should have minimum 8 months to 1 year experience Technical support
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Must have excellent Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS will be preferred.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
