Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with proven experience in technical support, application support, production support, customer support.
Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts.
Familiarity with Windows/ Linux operating systems.
