Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory documentation, employee records, and day-to-day office administration.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, support, sales, accounts, and administrative positions. Understand manpower requirements from department heads. Prepare and publish job vacancies on job portals and other recruitment channels.
