We at FCS Software Solutions are looking for QA Engineer/ Manual Tester
Person must have strong hands-on experience in QA/ Manual Testing
Hands-on experience with IVA and IVR platforms
Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written) must be able to test conversational accuracy
Experience working with automation frameworks created by others (e.g., executing, maintaining, or validating automated tests)
Solid understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and STLC
