The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications. Should be Intermediate (10+2)/ Diploma (10+3) with 0 to 4 years of experience in technical support, customer support. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts.
